Interview of the combined staff at the UW-Madison Voice and Swallowing Clinic in Madison, Wisconsin, and identified a need for education in understanding contemporary views, studies of language development and the application to understanding atypical development.
Learning Outcomes:
After this course, attendees will be able to:
1. Describe contemporary view of infant language development.
2. Identify the methods used to study infant language learning and processing.
3. Explain how these perspectives and methods apply to atypical developmental trajectories in language development.
