1. Describe different resources available to assess and treat children with cleft palate from a variety of linguistic backgrounds.
2. Identify cleft speech characteristics that could be influenced by the phonetics system of a language.
3. Identify resonance differences that may influence the results of an evaluation of velopharyngeal dysfunction.
